Power And Performance

4 trim levels are available: LS (the most popular), LT, ACTIV and RS. If you’re built more for speed, so is the Trailblazer RS, with dual exhausts to give your capability a bit of a boost. For the adventurous type, the Trailblazer ACTIV comes with a 1.3L Turbo engine, sport terrain tires, & a suspension that’s tuned for off-road travels.

As you might expect, the 2022 Trailblazer is also big when it comes to fuel economy. The 1.3L Turbo engine delivers an estimated 29 MPG on the streets of Minneapolis and an impressive 34 MPG on the highway. Power isn’t really a problem either as the Trailblazer can deliver 174 lb-ft of torque when equipped with the 1.3L engine.

It also has 3 drive modes: Normal, available All-Wheel Drive and available Sports drive modes. If you go with FWD, you’ll find your Trailblazer also has a Snow mode (and you know how much that will be appreciated in Minnesota)!

Cargo Space

That surprisingly roomy interior has a maximum cargo volume of 54.40 cu. ft. It features a unique 2-level load floor with a reversible panel (carpet or hard surface) that allows you to configure the cargo area to perfectly fits whatever it is you’re hauling. Along with the 60/40-split 2nd row seat, the new Trailblazer also has a fold-flat front passenger seat, which gives you the opportunity to store 8.5-foot items in your Trailblazer with ease.
