I was very happy with Mike the mechanic that took care of my car. He kept me up to date with what he found that needed to be fixed. He sent me video's of what needed to be done. I was pleasantly surprised that he completed everything in 1 day. Mike is one of the reasons that I will continue to get my car serviced at Lupient!

Dave at your Service desk is so wonderful! He always recognizes me and treats me with such care and respect! He has been the same every time I come in! Over the last few years I have seen his interaction with other customers and he is always the same caring and respectful man. He’s never any different. Before I start coming to Lupient, having my car serviced was always a difficult situation because I didn’t trust anybody! I wasn’t sure they were fixing my car correctly. Started from a simple phone call to inquire about a vehicle Lupient Chevrolet had on the lot which was answered by a polite and professional salesperson. Drove to dealership for a face-to-face experience, greeted at the front door upon arriving by same personable and professional salesperson. After a few test drives and conversation allowing a day to consider numbers that we were presented we arrived back with same Team willing to work with us from the day prior to finalize purchasing a new vehicle. The entire experience was positive and fulfilling, for us started with the salesperson who stayed with us, getting to know us, knowledgeable with questions we had and stayed until we drove off the lot that evening. Fantastic Team!

I am a repeat customer largely because of Dave Hill. He is excellent, knows my vehicle, knows me, is proactive in getting to the answer so he can provide me with accurate information and best timing for job completion. Sometimes I wait (oil change), this last time my truck needed to be towed into the dealership for repair. Dave called me when it arrived, and kept me up to date for the several days it took to get a diagnostic and repair to be completed. I trust Dave....therefore, I trust Lupient. I'll be back.

Long story short… My wife and I stopped by Lupient Chevrolet “pre-shopping” around for a possible vehicle for our son who was at work. While there, we met a gentleman by the name of “Jim Steffen”. The rest is history…Our son made a deal on a car that evening with a sales representative named Matthew. My wife and I went back a few days later and purchased a vehicle with a sales representative named Josh. Throughout the process, we were treated with the utmost respect as valued customers. Others who provided professional and technical services included Kevin (in sales), Dave (in service), both Dan and Matt (in the Body Shop) and Kent (in finance).

Appmt. was for 45K mile transmission service on my 2012 Malibu LS. Everything went smoothly and my service advisor, Jay, was very helpful.

Sad your not open Saturday’s when my car is u see warranty and I am required to bring it to the dealership for services.

My car took three days longer than expected. Little assistance on the rental car which I never got. When car was picked up it was extremely dirty on the exterior and it was perfectly washed when dropped off.

I was treated like I was the only one there, Jamie did an awesome job to get my vehicle fixed as soon as possible. Dave and Jamie made me feel at home and found the problem. This is why I keep going to Lupient!

We got to the appointment for 12:00 early at the dealership so the sales team said Josh doesn't come in until 11:00. They got the ball rolling for completing the sales by taking us for a test ride and filling out some paperwork needed. Then when Josh got to work he finished the needed paperwork and the showing of the features in the new Equinox. All of our questions were answered honestly to the best of their knowledge. No pressures were put on us to make any decisions that we weren't comfortable with. So I would give them a A+.👍

Donna, rep. was very helpful. Researching my car history and recommending needed oil change, tire rotation, light replacements...instead of the 120,000 mile service that would have cost $680. I did not it because of work done earlier. I trust Lupient advise and feel comfortable coming in when I have any concerns about my car.

I'm always greeted like a friend and everyone I've worked with keeps me informed. In this instance, I scheduled recall work for the airbag based on a corporate sent text but that apparently wasn't communicated to the dealership. They did not have a part for my recall specifically by had the pay in for another appt scheduled later this month. They used that for me and reordered for the future customer.

I really appreciated the customer service. In a world where it seems like a a lost art.

Did a oil change and tire rotation. Didn t like you moved my seat , changed all settings on my computer. Also didn’t address a check engine light or the recall. I have 12000 miles everything should be warrantied, said it would be 300 for a diagnostic. Also after driving I have squeaking sound coming from underneath that never existed. Will be back on monday 24th for recall fix and engine light which better be free. Not impressed with problems from a brand new 53000 vehicle .

Donna was very courteous, informative and prompt. She explained what would be done to our car, gave us estimates of both cost and time and nothing deviated. We loved that we received an email and text with the outcome. Excellent service all around.

My truck took almost 2 weeks longer than promised. Originally I was told that there was a service bulletin that would cover the cost of the oil pump replacement that my truck needed. A few days later I was told that it wasn’t covered and my estimate was around $5,000.

I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change, was asked if I was going to leave the vehicle which is odd for an oil change then I was told because it was so busy it was going to take approximately 2 hours, when I asked why I made an appointment they said I shouldn't have been able to make an appointment which also seemed odd, and in the end it took 2 hours and 40 minutes for an oil change. One extra thing thing I did ask for was for them to check the armrest in the second row that's loose which required putting a torque wrench on it to make sure it was tight which they did, with that included, 2 hours and 40 minutes for an oil change and putting a torque wrench on something will never make sense to me.

Waited to long for my car to get serviced.

I made an appointment a week in advance. I brought my truck in 45 minutes before my Appointment. When they checked me in, they had no idea of why i was there despite me wrining on the appointment reservation that i had an A/C problem and a taillight out. I was told it might not be done today, though I did not know why, considering the specific appointment. 5 hours later, they still had not started on mty truck. I finally got them to look at it, but by then, the mechanic was ready to go home, so he diagnosed, and left the car partially apart. When I tried to get the truck out, (because I was going on vacation the next day and could not afford $1800 at the last minute), they told me I could not get it until the next day. I picked it up and asked to talk to the mechanic for clarification on his diagnosis, but he was conveniently, nowhere to be found. This location was supposed to be my home dealership. But after this experience, it will not be. You all did not treat me like a valued customer, and I resent that. - Keith Skinner

I came in with a time experience with an appointment. Response when i got there was well you are giving to Waite 1 1/2 hour before we can get you in. Come early tomorrow around 8 a m and you should get right in. I sure got in do not expect to get out before 11AM. I just said i will probably never come back again. Gosh your sales person did a good job with me a couple years ago when i bought this cRE FROM A VERY GOOD sales person but I do not think i willlever come back tro this dealer ,, Sorry but i am 91 years old and I got zero treeatment from this organization, Harold G Hultberg. 952 406 2853. I needed to get a new set of tires. I was pleased the buy 3 and get 1 free sale was on. Scheduling the service was easy. The service person explained everything and was very courteous. The time for the service was excellent. My only complaint was being charged a 3% service fee for using a credit card on a $1000.00 bill. I felt that was pretty knit picky.

I appreciated employees recommending what work I needed done. For some reason I signed up for work that they said could be done at 30,000 miles, when my vehicle is at 25,000 miles. Thanks to your employees for saving me some money this time. That builds trust and loyalty. All employees were helpful, friendly and professional.

Work was done on time

Brought the truck in for it's first oil change for a speaker rattle, oil change & belt noise on cold start & at certain speeds when accelerating that I disclosed when I brought the truck in. I was ok with the no problem found on the speaker rattle due to the design of the speaker in the door even though the rattle drives me insane. The belt noise was no problem found as well. I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to the weather being warm & I agree I did not hear it as well. But as soon as I got up to that disclosed speed in the correct gear I could hear the belt chirp every time I accelerated. I live with both of these faults everyday & it drives me insane. If it did not void my warranty I would of fixed it myself already. I was also very displeased that when I left the truck over night for them to try & diagnose the belt chirp I was not offered a loaner for the following day & had to take a loaner from the dealership I work at.

I sent this to Paul Nauman but never received a reply...... Hello Paul. Thank you for reaching out. I haven't received a questionnaire from Chevrolet but if and when I do, I don't think you'll want me to complete it honestly. Here's why... When we first considered purchasing our 2025 Silverado from you, I completed the "value my trade in" form on your website. It said the value for our 2015 Silverado 2500HD LTZ was between $24,274 - $28,104. In talking with Kevin, and without even seeing it, (aside from a couple pictures) we were quoted $24,000. We were quite suprised by that almost to the point of being insulted considering it was a very clean truck with only 84,000 miles on it. Kevin told us that a final value would be determined once he took a look at it. I told him if he put a tonneau cover on it ,we'd be down the next morning to buy it. That was met with, "I appreciate the offer Greg but we're already best in market. If this one sells you will end up paying more somewhere else for the same truck." With a certain amount of hesitation, we decided to make the trip from Duluth down there. Upon arrival at your dealership we were met by Kevin who was very courteous. The overall atmosphere however not very welcoming. While sitting at his desk, some other guy (I'm guessing your sales manager or appraiser, we were never introduced) went out to look at our trade. After looking at it, it was determined that we would get $500 less than the quoted $24,000 because the air conditioning motor was loud which was news to us. But, "fortunately" they found a $500 military discount (which should have been realized prior because Kevin knew I was a veteran) through GM so "it all works out" The only one it worked out for was Lupient Chevrolet as you had to pay out $500.00 less for my trade, I got $500.00 less, and GM had to eat the difference. At that point, we should have walked out and looked elsewhere for a new vehicle. Then came time to sign the paperwork. Your finance guy (can't remember his name) was telling us how our trade will be the cleanest, lowest milage truck on the market which made us feel even worse about the dismal amount we were getting for it. Then there was the form we had to sign stating that we could not return the truck for any reason (we joked about how harsh that sounded) Then came the form stating what our monthly payment would be. Imagine our suprise when we saw it would be $83.00 more per month than we were quoted. Come to find out that amount included the extended warranty on the electronics of the truck. We almost fell for that one and opted out. Although we appreciate the offer of our first oil change being free, we don't think it's financially feasible to make the 330 mile round trip back down there to have it done. Numerous dealers in your area offered to have that transfered to our local dealer in the past. Even Stillwater Moters when we purchased a vehicle from them years ago. I see on your website you have my trade listed at $32,280. A difference of $8,780 from what you gave us for it which makes us feel even more taken advantage of than when we left your dealership. Almost like it was a privilege to buy a vehicle from you. If any concessions were made, it was by us. Certinally not by you. In closing, our overall experience with your dealership was more than disappointing and we cannot, with a clear conscience, recommend Lupient Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. From the moment I arrived, Matthew Peterson was welcoming and attentive. I worked with Matthew Peterson . He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand my needs. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and helped me feel confident in my decision.

This was just a standard oil change and 35,000 mile service. I was in and out within 1 1/2 hours. The service agent was pleasant and the waiting area was clean and comfortable and allowed me time to do some computer work.

Service advisor David Hill was as personable and efficient as always, including guiding me through a vehicle question separate from normal maintenance. The appointment was estimated to take three hours, but was accomplished in two hours! The exceptional service at Lupient Chevrolet of Bloomington is what has kept me as a customer since 1980. Excellent service; thanks to all!

Interior air filter was dirty and fouled, being it as the original one for my 2019 Chevrolet Trax. There was evidence of small animal habitation in the filter and HVAC duct, so the technician took initiative and cleaned the engine air cleaner and intake at the same time. We were both glad that he did, too! Excellent service makes for my peace of mind. Thank you!

Brought my truck in for service with no service lights on. They rotated the tires and when I got to truck back a ch close tire light was on. I asked about it David Hill maybe? Said that was due to a faulty sensor and to replace it would cost $400? How does that work? Bring in truck with no service lights and leave with service lights? I want someone to contact me

The checkup for my leased Trail Blazer took less time and I'm thankful that all systems or okay. I did forget to ask you to take out the mat on the driver's side and clean it... As I'm 81 years old now all those little jobs have become more challenging for me.

AC has always been very helpful and thorough when I visit the service center for maintenance. He goes the extra mile to answer any questions I may have. And as usual, the work was performed quickly and completely.

Drove in got waited on accouple minutes. I waited a little long. But she apologized for the delay.

Engine light was on, was going out of town and wanted that taken care of. Setup a day to drop it off. It was taken care of that same day and picked up my vehicle after work. Nice to have that peace mind before a road trip.

My vehicle had a front brake wear issue which hadn’t been previously identified even though I had just been in 3 weeks earlier for a rear brake rotors/pad service. While this was inconvenient the service rep (Amanda) and service manager proactively took care of me and I left completely satisfied. They took what could have been a very negative experience and turned it around 100%.

I initially reached out to Lupient Chevy when I became interested in a new Chevy Equinox. Will Moore reached out shortly after and was had great communication. Immediately sent me a video of the options on the lot. After a few weeks, my every day vehicle took a turn for the worse and I needed something quick. Made 1 call to Will and within 45 minutes, he had my new vehicle ready for me to test drive. We were out of the dealership and into my new car within 2 hours. No extra song and dance. Will answered any questions we had.

I booked my 97 Chevy CK150 online, as I could not find a way to talk with a human, Amongst other items the system asked for the year, make and.model of truck and I booked a date. Since my truck would not start I had it towed to Lupients. When I got there I was told that you did not work on vehicles which were more than 20 years old. When I told the receptionist that the system allowed me to book it in and that I had spent $180 for a tow he discussed it with his manager who said they could run diagnostics on the truck. After a period of time and was told that it was thought to be a fuel pump problem, that they would not work on it and would "only" change me $220 for diagnostics,, which meant that I was now over $200 out of pocket. I cannot understand why the booking system does not flag vehicles more than 20 years old and let the person making the booking that their vehicle could not be worked on. The only good thing that happened was that one of the employees took the trouble to call a workshop he knew who could work on my truck and arranged it with him. I owe him a large debt of gratitude, what a pity that his attitude was absent elsewhere. Finally I would point out that my old truck is not just a rust bucket, it is far better shape than many younger vehicles. I will also make sure that friend and colleagues who have a Chevy are made aware of my experience with Lupients.

Vehicle in for extended warranty repair. I was initially told the extended warranty didn’t cover the repair. A day later, received a call that it was covered. Car was at the dealer for over a week.

As expected they were great. Arcadio greeted me and gave me all the information I needed about the service my car would receive and for the first time we took advantage of the service they provided to take me home. Their driver did a good job of transporting us even though roads were under construction throughout the area.

Advisor and mechanic were very helpful and took time to provide a detailed explanation of the status of my vehicle.

Dropped off the truck Wednesday afternoon. I was expecting to hear back the next day but nothing until Friday. When I picked up the truck it had sticky residue around the window which was frustrating after I had just spent almost $800.

I came in for an oil chang and they said it was going to be an gour and half and i was in and out in about 35 mins loved the fast service and friendly staff

I stopped the dealership because our Spotify app wasn’t working. Kevin went above and beyond, but after experiencing the problem first hand, he felt it may be an issue with the software system. He told me to see Todd in service. Todd listened patiently to my explanation and immediately had me meet with Jimmy to discuss the problem. I left the car and a couple hours later, the car was ready! Jimmy installed an updated software system!. PROBLEM/ISSUE SOLVED! My wife and I were back on the road in record time!

Everyone was incredibly helpful. We asked a lot of questions and always felt that we were taken seriously and people truly cared that we got the answers we needed.

Delayed a day, since the technician had training on the same day that I needed the car fixed for a road trip. Also had to take an extra rental car day due to training of the mechanic.

Dave in Service notified us that the RECALL data and remedy were available. He set up the time for an early morning appointment. I dropped my Tahoe off the day before and the RECALL service was completed THAT day. Fortunately, my Tahoe only needed the oil change procedure. The Lupient staff is always great! I'm very pleased with Dave and his service team. And I love my High Country Tahoe!

Made an appointment for an oil change with the notation I’d be waiting at the dealership and would not need a ride. Despite an appointment, it took 90 minutes to change the oil.

My recent visit was the fastest routine service I have ever had! You are usually timely, but this was shockingly (not in a bad way) fast. Amanda was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that I did not feel pressure to buy unnecessary services this time.

I needed to get some suspension work, alignment and an oil change done before heading out of town. My service advisor was able to fit me in with a couple of days to spare freeing me up to pack and not having to worry about getting the work done on my vehicle.

David was such a joy to talk to. Kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Also informed me of a axle leak that needs to be fixed on my next oil change or sooner. He also listened to my concerns and private issues I am having in my life, that he also has gone through. I felt so relieved after talking with him.

With an appointment, the wait was still over 2 hours which I find excessive. Also, my tire pressure was never checked (tires were low) nor were they rotated.

I made an appointment for 4PM and arrived early to have my windshield washer pump replaced. I understand now, after I got there that this type of service should not have been scheduled that late. But it was. When I stepped out of my truck the service advisor and I did not see eye to eye from the get go. He talked down to me like I was clueless about the pump failure and the extended service contract I purchased when I bought my vehicle. Service manager Troy stepped in and took over the conversation. He spoke kindly to me, listened and asked me to give him a minute to see if he was able get my service done. I quit having my service provided at Lupient after a bad experience at my second oil change. Troy handled the entire situation with 100% professionalism and was able to have my failed part replaced as expected. I will very likely return to your service department for maintenance. You should have more Troy‘s. Thank you.

I came in primarily because I had a check engine light for my emissions system. After checking in the service rep told me there was no check engine light on anymore, and that it was probably a fluke, and everything was fine. When I picked up the car after my 75K service the light was still on. I went back in and the rep told me to just drive it a while and it would probably go away. It didn't. I got a code checker and cleared the error, but after driving a few minutes it came back with an O2 sensor error. I have now scheduled service with another shop. I believe the rep cleared the code because they were extremely busy that day and he didn't want the car taking up a bay while they fixed it and he didn't want to have to deal with my extended warranty provider for the warranty claim. I won't be back to this location.

They really tried to help me with all my problems

I got right into the bay for a non appointment oil change. I was in and out in less than an hour and was able to get work done on my computer during that time in the lounge. Great service as always!

I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and transmission fluid change. They never rotated the tires. They stated on the receipt that they checked all tire pressures but when I received vehicle back one tire was low at 25 psi and I had to fill on my own. I also noticed the oil life light had not been reset so I questioned whether even my oil or transmission had been changed. Service manager looked into it and verified that tires had not been rotated or checked, but the oil and transmission were changed. I had never had these issues before, but I was very frustrated to receive my car back in that condition from a certified dealership!

Primary reason visited was for complimentary inspection of undercarriage for leak. Ended up spending $130 for oil, rotation and wiper blade and no explanation regarding leak. Leak was again observed at home shortly after appointment. Staff had no information when followed up with topic. Wasn’t listed on invoice.

My coolant system was flushed but not fully bled out when refilling. Took it back to have it topped off and reassured everything was all good. Still was not fully bled out as I just had to buy coolant and top off again. I will be led to believe there’s a leak if I need to refill for a 3rd time

I took my car in for a complete brake inspection told them the brake pedal does not release. It was stated that it could be the ABS, but they never checked it so now I have to take my car back again for the same issue. This issue has been going on for months.

The service was fast, friendly, and well done. I would especially like to thank Service Advisor Arcadio Gutierrez for taking the time to help me connect my cell phone to the cars computer system. The only thing I would recommend is putting a TV in the waiting room for customers to help pass the time during longer visits. Thank You! Richard M.
