I stopped the dealership because our Spotify app wasn’t working. Kevin went above and beyond, but after experiencing the problem first hand, he felt it may be an issue with the software system. He told me to see Todd in service. Todd listened patiently to my explanation and immediately had me meet with Jimmy to discuss the problem. I left the car and a couple hours later, the car was ready! Jimmy installed an updated software system!. PROBLEM/ISSUE SOLVED! My wife and I were back on the road in record time!

I needed to get some suspension work, alignment and an oil change done before heading out of town. My service advisor was able to fit me in with a couple of days to spare freeing me up to pack and not having to worry about getting the work done on my vehicle.

My appointment was for scheduled maintenance and I requested to wait at the dealership for completion of the service. My service advisor, David did a fantastic job! Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and best of all, my service was completed in a very timely manner!

Dropped off the truck Wednesday afternoon. I was expecting to hear back the next day but nothing until Friday. When I picked up the truck it had sticky residue around the window which was frustrating after I had just spent almost $800.

I came in for an oil chang and they said it was going to be an gour and half and i was in and out in about 35 mins loved the fast service and friendly staff

Delayed a day, since the technician had training on the same day that I needed the car fixed for a road trip. Also had to take an extra rental car day due to training of the mechanic.

Fast and thorough

I made an appointment for 4PM and arrived early to have my windshield washer pump replaced. I understand now, after I got there that this type of service should not have been scheduled that late. But it was. When I stepped out of my truck the service advisor and I did not see eye to eye from the get go. He talked down to me like I was clueless about the pump failure and the extended service contract I purchased when I bought my vehicle. Service manager Troy stepped in and took over the conversation. He spoke kindly to me, listened and asked me to give him a minute to see if he was able get my service done. I quit having my service provided at Lupient after a bad experience at my second oil change. Troy handled the entire situation with 100% professionalism and was able to have my failed part replaced as expected. I will very likely return to your service department for maintenance. You should have more Troy‘s. Thank you.

With an appointment, the wait was still over 2 hours which I find excessive. Also, my tire pressure was never checked (tires were low) nor were they rotated.

I had an appointment for a recall on my 24 Tahoe and I requested to wait at the dealership for the service. My service advisor Todd Wilson contacted me regarding the recall and set up my appointment. When I arrived at the dealership, Todd and all other service staff took great care of me and the service was completed in a very timely manner!

I came in primarily because I had a check engine light for my emissions system. After checking in the service rep told me there was no check engine light on anymore, and that it was probably a fluke, and everything was fine. When I picked up the car after my 75K service the light was still on. I went back in and the rep told me to just drive it a while and it would probably go away. It didn't. I got a code checker and cleared the error, but after driving a few minutes it came back with an O2 sensor error. I have now scheduled service with another shop. I believe the rep cleared the code because they were extremely busy that day and he didn't want the car taking up a bay while they fixed it and he didn't want to have to deal with my extended warranty provider for the warranty claim. I won't be back to this location.

I got right into the bay for a non appointment oil change. I was in and out in less than an hour and was able to get work done on my computer during that time in the lounge. Great service as always!

Poor communication about status, duration, few descriptive comments, no photos, no explanation at pickup about the delay or high cost.

I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and transmission fluid change. They never rotated the tires. They stated on the receipt that they checked all tire pressures but when I received vehicle back one tire was low at 25 psi and I had to fill on my own. I also noticed the oil life light had not been reset so I questioned whether even my oil or transmission had been changed. Service manager looked into it and verified that tires had not been rotated or checked, but the oil and transmission were changed. I had never had these issues before, but I was very frustrated to receive my car back in that condition from a certified dealership!

Made an appointment for an oil change with the notation I’d be waiting at the dealership and would not need a ride. Despite an appointment, it took 90 minutes to change the oil.

My recent visit was the fastest routine service I have ever had! You are usually timely, but this was shockingly (not in a bad way) fast. Amanda was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that I did not feel pressure to buy unnecessary services this time.

Very pleasant experience of having my vehicle serviced from start to finish. I just needed an oil change and inspection for this visit, but the check in process, the attention to my truck (including vacuuming and washing), the automated status/progress updates, the post inspection report, and the pleasant service department staff were all greatly appreciated.

They were very consistent in staying in touch with me in updating information about the repair and progress of my vehicle. Promptly returning my calls and answering any concerns I had. Overall, job well done.

I took my car in for a complete brake inspection told them the brake pedal does not release. It was stated that it could be the ABS, but they never checked it so now I have to take my car back again for the same issue. This issue has been going on for months.

Dave in Service notified us that the RECALL data and remedy were available. He set up the time for an early morning appointment. I dropped my Tahoe off the day before and the RECALL service was completed THAT day. Fortunately, my Tahoe only needed the oil change procedure. The Lupient staff is always great! I came in without an appointment to get an oil change and it took less than an hour. While I was waiting for my car to be finished, I picked out some floor mats for my Trax. I was having trouble trying to figure out how to use my Rewards Points towards the purchase, and the young man behind the service counter was so helpful and patient and figured it all out for me. As a bonus, he offered to install the mats for me, and he did a great job. What a wonderful employee! It's people like him that keep me coming back. Wish I had gotten his name.

Checked on a new truck but we were too far apart on the trade. Going from a 2023 to 2026 the identical vehicle.

I was able to wait for the service to be done instead of going home and waiting at home which was much better. I was disappointed that I didn’t get my GM award points like they said I would.

I've never been one to take a vehicle to a dealership shop. But I've been loyal to lupient service for 6 years now. The communication is good. They give off a small shop feeling. The same staff that worked the front 6 years ago is all still there. We recognize each other and are comfortable. They never up-sell inappropriate services. Between the entire staff's attitudes, honesty, good communication, competency and skill along with union friendliness, you can't beat it.

This is the second time I worked with Will Moore at the Lupient dealership in Bloomington, MN. Will is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and an overall nice man to work with.

The most over priced service I’ve ever had done on my truck. $100 more than anywhere else and I didn’t even have a tire rotation done! 45 minutes of work cost me $440 dollars. Labor cost more than the materials for less than an hour of work.

They were polite and efficient and didn't pressure me to purchase anything.

Sales and finance team is awesome. 3rd car bought there. And when ready will buy there again. However - Your trade in tool on your website is misleading and wrong. What I was offered and given did not get anywhere close to the minimum you provided based on the VIN of my car I gave - and that is the part where all dealerships struggle to retain their reputation. Even Kelly Blue book estimating a trade value at fair condition to a dealer gave me on the low end more than I was given for my trade. It feels as though dealers have shifted to the phrase I won’t get that at auction. So if you need to add logic and AI that factors in auction prices then that should be added and stop giving false information to people to make decisions on. And for that I do not like dealerships in general.

The service advisor was nice and the communications with the test and email is nice. The waiting room and lounge is bit out dated with limited beverages and food and also no TV to watch. Most dealerships have some hours of availability on Saturdays where Lupient Chevrolet is only Monday - Friday. That would affect my future car buying decision. The shuttle ride can sometimes be a bit of wait. Maybe consider using Ride Share to pickup customers and give rides too. Some dealerships are using that wait is very minimum. Something to consider. The work itself and everything is good. Thank you

Service techs were great, person at counter didn’t seem very organized and wasn’t able to schedule my appointment then and there for follow up work that needed to be done, and when I got my estimate it was categorized as “other” and didn’t specify what needed to be done still besides the tire pressure sensor

My experience at the dealership was fine.

I have bought 4 different vehicles from the dealership. There was expensive repairs that needed to be fixed. And I did ask them for a discount considering my loyalty. To the dealership, and they only gave me a total of $200 off. Still Charged me 3% for using my credit card. Because who has over $7000 Saved up to fix their car. This is the only place that I've gone for repairs, and I will not be coming back. Nor will I be bringing my car for repairs. And I will be telling everybody about my very bad experience

They had my vehicle for over 4 hours for a simple oil change. That was not the wait time btw.

Landon Mitteness was wonderful to work with. We called if a silverado was available that we saw online. We negotiated the price and trade.in over the phone and drove 500+ miles to purchase our new 2026 Chevy Silverado. Finance person was super easy to chat with. I recommend checking out Lupient Chevrolet for next vehicle.

Primary reason visited was for complimentary inspection of undercarriage for leak. Ended up spending $130 for oil, rotation and wiper blade and no explanation regarding leak. Leak was again observed at home shortly after appointment. Staff had no information when followed up with topic. Wasn’t listed on invoice.

This review is strictly for - Lupient Chevrolet Bloomington’s service department. They demonstrated repeated communication failures and scheduling errors, keeping my vehicle for four separate appointments between December 27, 2025, and January 23, 2026, without a resolution. Despite this extended timeframe, staff remained unresponsive to calls and texts, even failing to provide a promised 7:30 a.m. loaner after I had already arrived at the dealership. I attempted to escalate these issues to the service manager twice via voicemail, but my requests for a return call were completely ignored. Most ridiculously, they are now suggesting I pay for a $2,500 for a Telematics Control Module—a part that failed within days of an initial warranty "fix"—after their own incompetence and delays caused my vehicle to exceed the mileage limit. After weeks of wasted time, rude advisors, and an inability to reach anybody within the service department, I brought my truck to a different Lupient GMC who diagnosed a different issue, and didn't mention anything about the Telematics Control Module. Further - they conducted a multi-vehicle point inspection (something that the Bloomington team said they did) and found that my battery needed to be replaced and that wheels needed to be aligned (so I'm guessing the Bloomington team never actually conducted an inspection).

The sales person was very nice and knew what I liked I got to drive the Chevy around and loved it. They explained the cost and down payment and it was good.

Appreciate the service on my Chevy Trax with new front & back brakes, air filter. Work was done quicker than estimate and with a dealer coupon we saved $163. Thank you

I do not like that every time I get an oil change, the person that drives my car adjusts the seat up and down and forward. They also adjust the steering wheel and temp settings. I understand the need to move a seat forward when it is all the way back, but why does it need to be moved up and down and adjusts the back. It is really frustrating having to try and find the right settings again.

I have a "Service Emergency Calling" light on when the vehicle is started. Equinox software update not available because of not being able to connect for 8 months because of OnStar problems. Your Service Department failed to check anything as such. You can do your multi-point inspection, but you should also be taking care of these type of things.

They got the issue fixed and even changed my oil at that time so I didn’t need to come back 3 days later

Ater spending almost $1000.00 on my car. They did a wonderful job on fixing my car. However they forgot to put the oil change sticker on my car. I told the service writer I needed a shuttle to get to the dealership just to pick up my car. I got forgotten about even when I spoke to AI assistant and told it I needed a shuttle. No shuttle was set up.

Making an appointment was easy, they worked around my schedule, very courteous and respectful. I live 2 hours away, so that was important. As a woman, it is rare at a dealership, to be treated equal to male customers. Great waiting area, all employees greeted me. They used the utmost care when servicing my truck.

From booking to picking up my vehicle, the service team makes you feel appreciated. It doesn’t matter if its an oil chance or tire rotation or just a quick consultation. And the transportation to/from home when service times take longer are really the cherry on the top

Appreciate the mechanic working to find an extra puncture in a tire...so instead one patch I ended up with 2 patches...but that took care of the problem!

The sales agent with whom we worked was Kevin Pena at Lupient Chevrolet. He was knowledgeable, patient and an excellent communicator. We felt that the cost of our new 2026 Equinox EV was a fair price, and there was no pressure to purchase a more expensive vehicle. We also felt that the trade in allowance for our 2013 Toyota Prius was a fair price. We would recommend Kevin Pena and Lupient Chevrolet to other potential buyers.

Oil change went great. Although I just received a email saying I denied a visual inspection about a oil leak. I was never asked or notified about a oil leak.

A poor job was done by the detail shop cleaning my new truck prior to delivery. Also for chips in paint of brand new truck not to happy with that. Especially after the wouldn't move any further down on price.

The person I dealt with was great.

I understand that our problem (broken drivers side inside door handle) could apparently not be fixed by your technician assigned to the job. What upset me was a) lack of communication by David, b) not giving us any say in the decision to not try and c) being charged $220 + credit card fee for the decision of "we could try this, this or this, but they wouldn't work or last very long, so we're not going to try to fix it."

I was told about things affecting my can l did know

I sent my son to talk with technician about why my car was rough to start. I left paying s $400 diagnosis bill with car in exact same condition l. Such a rip off, don't want to go as far as saying thievery but it sure feels like I was dealing with shy-sters

Oil change, tire rotation, and systems check went well and was very efficient. Report and video were very thorough and clear. I was in and out in about 1 hr.

Honestly, I bought a brand new truck with 3 miles on it two months ago and the check engine light has kept coming on. They ran the codes and had no answers and I pushed to find out what next steps I need to take and they just told me that I need to leave the truck there. Am I expected to pay for a rental in this case? My truck has less than 10k miles on it, and it is extremely frustrating at this point and for some reason my charging ports have stopped working.

AC was excellent. Scheduled work, got it completed in short order.
