Here Are Some of Our Favorite Used Cars for Daily Driving

Finding the right vehicle comes down to understanding what you need, exploring different options, and getting something that checks all of your proverbial boxes. That’s a lot easier when you have a great selection of vehicles to choose from, especially if you’re looking for used cars for sale that are perfect for city driving. At Lupient Chevrolet, we work hard to offer a terrific inventory of pre-owned models for you to consider, and we love getting the chance to help our customers find the perfect ride. We know it helps to figure things out as much as possible ahead of time, so we thought it would be fun to explore different used cars, trucks, and SUVs to see what might work best for you. more Great Used Cars for Urban Driving Although many different models are available when looking for your next vehicle, a reliable and efficient car is sometimes the perfect choice. American car companies aren’t making many sedans, but plenty of options are still available, especially when looking at used models. As you shop, keep in mind how large a vehicle you need, particularly when it comes to the passengers you’ll have with you. Compact cars are perfect for navigating city streets and getting excellent fuel efficiency, but a midsize sedan can be better if you want to have adults comfortably fit into the back seats. One of our favorite options for a used compact sedan is the Honda Civic, which has been an incredibly popular car for many years now. You’ll find a wide range of Civic models, with various engines and features inside and out. Honda also offers the Civic as a hatchback, which is useful if you’re looking for something with plenty of rear cargo space that’s easy to use. The Toyota Corolla is another remarkably popular model to consider. Since Toyota is well known for long-term reliability, options like the Corolla are perfect when looking at used sedans. If you’re interested in something a little bigger, then a midsize sedan is the perfect choice with a lot to offer as you shop. The Nissan Altima is a terrific pick, with great styling, impressive performance, and plenty of different trims and features available. You can also go for a Toyota Camry if you want a midsize sedan that’s fun to drive around the city each day. Camry hybrid models, in particular, are a fantastic choice for something that you can depend on day after day while also getting incredible gas mileage. Exciting Pre-Owned Trucks As much as we love the feel of great sedans for zipping along city streets and taking care of everything you need to do, they’re not always the right choice. If you need a vehicle that you can depend on while giving you a large cargo area and plenty of muscle to tackle a wide range of tasks, then a used pickup truck could be the perfect choice. Many of us remember growing up with barebones trucks that had little to offer in terms of comfort. Modern trucks are fantastic options for daily driving, with great comfort features, innovative technology, and the power to handle anything you throw at them. A used midsize truck is ideal for urban driving since it’s generally not as large as a full-size truck, but still has plenty to offer. The Chevy Colorado is one of our favorite options for a midsize pickup, with impressive performance and responsive handling. You can also check out a pre-owned GMC Canyon for similar features with a more sophisticated design and overall feel. The Ford Ranger is another great choice if you’re looking for a midsize truck to get you around the city and take you to your favorite campsite on the weekend. If you need something with greater capabilities, especially when it comes to towing potential, then a full-size truck is a better way to go. Options like the Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 are amazing choices for powerful pickups that are ideal for work and play alike. Of course, the Ford F-150 is also a great one to look for if you’re interested in a used truck that offers impressive towing, payload, and daily performance. No matter what you need from your next used truck, you deserve to find it and drive away in something you love. Used SUVs That Are Perfect for the City For overall comfort, terrific functionality, great features, and an excellent experience on the road each day, an SUV is hard to beat. SUVs have grown in popularity over the last couple of decades, becoming the favorites of many families out there. There are countless used SUVs to choose from, including small options like the subcompact Chevy Trax and Jeep Compass, or compact SUVs like the Ford Escape and Buick Envision. These vehicles are perfect if you want something that is easy to drive and maneuver, but you still need the great functionality that SUVs provide as you enjoy them day after day. Midsize SUVs are among our favorite options, since they land perfectly between others that might be too big or too small. The Chevy Blazer, for example, is a terrific midsize SUV that gives you two rows of seating inside and plenty of room for passengers and cargo alike. You can check out other great midsize models like the Jeep Grand Cherokee, which provides you with plenty of room inside and the potential for outdoor adventures. Three-row SUVs like the Toyota Highlander and GMC Acadia are amazing ones to explore if you need a used vehicle that has room enough for a growing family without going overboard. Just keep in mind that the third rows in these midsize SUVs tend to be better for kids than adults with long legs. Of course, if you’re interested in something bigger for a large family or you want to bring all your friends along, then a pre-owned full-size SUV is the perfect choice. These are large vehicles with three rows of seating and plenty of room for a lot of kids or adults when you hit the road. The Chevy Tahoe, for example, is one of the biggest SUVs out there (although the Suburban is even larger) and a great choice if you want a large used SUV to take care of everything you need to do each day. Similarly, the Ford Expedition, Nissan Armada, and GMC Yukon are all great full-size SUVs to look for when shopping for your next ride. Make Sure You Get What You’re Looking For As you can see, you have an incredible number of options available to you when looking at different used vehicles. It helps to narrow things down to one type first, either a sedan to get you around in style each day, a truck to help you get some work done, or an SUV to meet your family's needs and let you command the road. From there, you can explore different classes and models as you consider which features are most important to you, and then make sure you get a ride with everything you want. That’s still a lot to keep track of as you compare used models and shop for the right one. That’s why we’re here at Lupient Chevrolet to help you explore different vehicles and make sure you find a used car, truck, or SUV that you’ll love driving for many years to come.

From WT to ZR2: Choosing Your Perfect Chevy Colorado

Midsize trucks are a bit like the tale of Goldilocks. While a full-size truck might be too big for your needs and a compact truck doesn't even come close, the midsize option is just right—particularly when that option is the 2025 Chevy Colorado. Why the Colorado in particular? It offers various trim levels to choose from, plenty of power for consistent performance, and advanced safety and connectivity features. Plus, it offers best-in-class bed and tailgate functionality and ground clearance. more Our Lupient Chevrolet dealership is the place to go if you're looking for a Chevy Colorado for sale. We have a wide selection in stock, and our knowledgeable and friendly team is happy to answer any questions you might have to help you find the best match for your driving needs. If you are in the market for a midsize truck but haven't considered the Colorado, we invite you to keep reading to see what it offers. Breaking Down the Chevy Colorado Trim Levels First, each 2025 Chevy Colorado is equipped with the same engine, a 2.7L turbocharged I-4. That engine offers up to 310 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque. In addition, the Colorado has a maximum towing capacity of 7,700 lbs for all but the ZR2 trim—the highest towing capacity in its class. What might surprise you is that this engine is the same one that powers the Chevy Silverado 1500. It offers more power and torque than other midsize trucks, such as the Honda Ridgeline and the Jeep Gladiator. It's also worth mentioning that the ZR2 trim goes from 0 to 60 mph in just 6.8 seconds, which aligns with the Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road. In other words, if power and performance are your priorities, the Colorado has you covered. With that information out of the way, you might wonder what other surprises the Colorado has in store. The good news is that you don't have to wonder for long, as the highlights at each trim level are below. 2025 Chevy Colorado WT Admittedly, the base level of any vehicle isn't one most drivers spend a lot of time exploring. However, the WT trim level of the Colorado has a lot going for it. For instance, as you slide into the driver's seat, you will first notice the 11.3-inch diagonal center touch screen with Google built in. This touch screen lets you easily access your favorite playlist, turn-by-turn directions, and more, thanks to a seamless connection with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. An 11-inch diagonal digital driver information center offers real-time diagnostic information and other details to help ensure a smooth drive. The WT also has Chevy Safety Assist, the brand's driver assist features. Some features in this collection include Automatic Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Alert, and Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning. You can also add safety features such as Rear Cross Traffic Braking and Blind Zone Steering Assist. 2025 Chevy Colorado LT Before exploring the LT trim, it's worth noting that the same 11.3-inch touchscreen and 11-inch diagonal driver information system mentioned above are standard throughout the lineup, as is Chevy Safety Assist. Additionally, the WT and LT are the only standard two-wheel drives in the lineup, with the option to upgrade to four-wheel drive. Finally, both come standard with 17-inch all-season blackwall tires. Regarding the highlights of the LT, we will start in the truck's bed with the StowFlex tailgate. This feature is integrated into the tailgate, offering secure and watertight storage while you're on the go. The compartment is 45 inches wide and 4 inches deep and can be opened from either the driver's or passenger's side of the tailgate. Other highlights that may cause you to choose this trim over the WT include remote start, heated driver, and front passenger seats. 2025 Chevy Colorado Trail Boss The Trail Boss is the first of three off-road-ready Colorado trims, but don't let that fool you. While this trim and the two we will review next give you the confidence you need to tackle the trails, they also offer a smooth ride on the highway as well as a smaller footprint than full-size trucks to help you navigate tight situations easier—whether that's in between two trees on your way to the campground or when looking for the perfect parking spot downtown. Highlights of the Trail Boss include its off-road suspension, which comes with a two-inch factory lift, 18-inch all-terrain blackwall 32-inch OD tires, and a drive mode selector that lets you choose from normal to off-road to terrain to tow/haul. Speaking of towing and hauling, you can also opt for the Advanced Trailering Package, which provides an in-vehicle trailering app, an automatic locking differential, and more. 2025 Chevy Colorado ZR1 The ZR1 is a standout in the lineup, equipped with 18-inch Android Dark full-gloss aluminum wheels, red horizontal recovery hooks, and an available Jet Black/Adrenaline Red cloth/Evotex seat trim. Additionally, you will find the same 32-inch OD tires and mode selector onboard as the Trail Boss trim, and the advanced trailering package mentioned above is standard, not optional. You can enhance the ZR1's exterior styling by opting for the available off-road assist steps and auxiliary off-road lights. It also comes with the EZ-Lift and Lower Tailgate. Wondering about interior styling? With the addition of the ZR1 Convenience Package, you will enjoy leather-appointed seating, driver memory settings, ventilated front seats, and a heated steering wheel. 2025 Chevy Colorado ZR2 Last but not least is the top-tiered ZR2. This trim level comes equipped with 17-inch blackwall 33-inch OD MT tires and 17-inch Graphite and Oxide Gold aluminum wheels, but the ZR2 Off-Road Package deserves extra attention. The ZR2 Off-Road Package includes DSSV Mutimatic suspension dampers, a three-inch factory-installed lift with high-performance suspension, off-road front fascia, rear bumper, fender flares, and more. It also has a taller and wider stance than the other trim levels. Additionally, the drive mode selector mentioned above has been upgraded to include Baja mode, which is designed for high-speed off-roading, such as in sand or desert conditions. It's important to note that the ZR2 does not offer the advanced trailering package, and its maximum towing capacity is 6,000 lbs. So if you're looking for a truck that can tackle the trails and haul larger loads, this might not be the trim for you. However, if off-roading is a main priority, we invite you to give the ZR2 a try. Check Out the 2025 Chevy Colorado Today The 2025 Chevy Colorado is an excellent option if you're looking for a truck that offers comfort, convenience, functionality, advanced technology, and a long list of safety features. It's also a great choice if you spend a lot of time outdoors with family and friends, exploring the trails or camping on the weekends. Our team at Lupient Chevrolet can explore the highlights mentioned above for each trim and provide more information about each to help you determine which is best for your needs. All you need to do is reach out online or stop by the dealership. Either way, you will get the same great customer service. Exploring the Exciting Trim Levels of the 2025 Chevy Trax

If you're scoping out a new Chevy Trax for sale, you're probably looking for something stylish and innovative that won’t obliterate your bank account. Here at Lupient Chevrolet, we get it. The 2025 Chevy Trax checks many boxes for first-time buyers, city drivers, and anyone who wants a fun, affordable compact SUV that doesn’t feel like a compromise. The trick is figuring out which trim fits your vibe and your budget, because even though all five trims share the same sporty DNA, each one brings its own flavor. more We keep an extensive inventory of 2025 Chevy Trax models on hand, so it’s easy for Minnesota drivers to find their perfect trim and option package match and drive home with the SUV of their dreams. So let’s walk through the 2025 Trax lineup and break it all down, from the super affordable LS to the sporty and rugged ACTIV. Whether you’re a daily commuter tired of parallel parking nightmares or a small family wanting something modern that doesn’t guzzle gas, there’s a Trax trim that’s ready to roll with you. Trax LS: The Budget-Friendly MVP This is the starting point of the Trax lineup, and what you get for the price is fantastic. If you're fresh out of college, starting a new job, or just need a dependable ride that gets the job done, the LS is calling your name. It might be the entry-level trim, but it doesn’t feel stripped-down one bit. For 2025, it features an eight-inch infotainment touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, LED headlights, and a clean, modern interior. Chevy Safety Assist is still standard, so you get features like automatic emergency braking and lane keep assist without any upsells. New for 2025, the LS also comes with USB-C charging ports and Chevy's upgraded OnStar system with Wi-Fi hotspot capability. These minor updates make it feel fresh and current, even at the base level. Trax 1RS: A Bit More Attitude If the LS feels too low-key for your taste, the 1RS adds a glitzy twist. Same fuel-efficient 1.2L turbo engine, same great size for city driving, but with some serious style points. Think 18-inch black-painted aluminum wheels, unique RS badging, and red interior accents that give it a more energetic, youthful vibe. The 2025 1RS adds more fun to your daily drive without draining your wallet. It’s still priced to appeal to young professionals and budget-conscious shoppers, but the added attitude makes it feel more than just a step above the LS. Trax LT: The Sweet Spot This trim is where many people find their Goldilocks moment—not too basic, not too flashy, just right. The LT gives you a crisp 11-inch touchscreen, an eight-inch digital driver display, and automatic climate control. That screen alone is a game-changer, integrating beautifully with Chevy’s updated UI. In addition to push-button start and remote start, the 2025 LT trim now includes rear-seat USB-C charging ports and standard SiriusXM with a three-month trial. These creature comforts and upgraded Evotex seat materials make the LT perfect for suburban commuters and small families who want a tech-savvy interior without going all-in on luxury. Chevy’s enhanced rearview camera also makes maneuvering in tight spaces even easier—great news if you're regularly parallel parking in a downtown lot or squeezing into compact apartment parking spots. Trax 2RS: Style, Upgraded Now we’re getting into the upper levels of the Trax world, and the 2RS is all about bringing in a more premium feel without losing that approachable price tag. It builds on the 1RS's sportiness with bigger 19-inch wheels, a sleek flat-bottom steering wheel, and upgraded interior materials that make it feel more refined. The 2RS offers available adaptive cruise control, making it a great pick for highway commuters or anyone who wants a little extra peace of mind on long drives. There’s also an upgraded six-speaker audio system that bumps up the sound quality whether you’re bingeing podcasts or blasting playlists. The 2025 Trax 2RS even has voice command pass-through for compatible phones. These extras don’t just make life easier—they elevate the whole driving experience. Trax ACTIV: Rugged Meets Refined This is the top Trax trim, and it’s perfect for the city dweller who daydreams about weekend getaways or the young family that wants to feel a little adventurous even while driving around town. The ACTIV has a tougher-looking exterior, with a bold grill, titanium chrome accents, exclusive 18-inch wheels, and black roof rails that hint at outdoor capability. Inside, it gets all the LT and RS goodies, plus heated front seats, a power-adjustable driver’s seat, and upgraded interior textures that lean a bit more rugged. For 2025, the ACTIV trim now includes an available sunroof package, which also comes with wireless charging. Even with these top-of-the-line features, the 2025 Chevy ACTIV still gets great gas mileage and keeps monthly payments in check. If you want something that looks cool, feels upscale, and can still squeeze into a tiny parallel parking spot, the ACTIV is where it’s at. There’s a Perfect 2025 Chevy Trax Waiting for You The great news is that there is no right or wrong Chevy Trax. Every model comes with Chevy’s legendary reliability and craftsmanship and standard Chevy Safety Assist—a robust suite of safety and driver-assist features that help keep you protected from the unexpected and focused on the road. No matter which trim you choose, you’ll get a large helping of comfort, versatility, practicality, efficiency, tech, and safety with affordable monthly payments and fewer visits to the gas station. If you prioritize price, either the LS or 1RS will call your name without asking for any sacrifices. You’ll still get the big touchscreens and the safety features that matter most. If you’re the buyer who wants a more premium vibe without crossing into luxury pricing, the LT and 2RS hit all the marks and let you have the best of both worlds. And if you want the top-of-the-line with all the latest bells and whistles, the Trax ACTIV trim is the way to go. The 2025 Chevy Trax is built for today's Minnesota drivers and their driving needs. Chevy listened to what Trax buyers wanted and updated the tech and design without pushing the price out of reach. It fits into tight spots, looks stylish in your driveway, and is built to efficiently handle your daily grind. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, a city commuter tired of Uber fares, or a growing family needing an efficient car, there’s a Trax trim that makes sense for your life. So, what’s your Trax personality? The cool and casual LS? The sporty 2RS? The rugged, upscale ACTIV? Whatever it is, the 2025 Chevy Trax has the features and flexibility to meet you right where you are—on the go, on a budget, and on your way to your next great car. 5 Reasons the Chevy Silverado 1500 Makes a Great Family Truck

Shopping for a family-friendly vehicle is more exciting than ever because families are no longer limited to minivans and oversized SUVs. Instead, families are discovering that versatile trucks like the Chevy Silverado 1500 for sale can accommodate their needs and exceed their expectations without requiring a compromise. And let’s be honest, no one wants to compromise when choosing between comfort, capability, and value in a family vehicle. more The Silverado 1500 has been a staple in the Chevy lineup for decades, ushering in a new era of workhorses that finally blend comfort, convenience, and capability. Today, models like the 2025 Silverado 1500 continue that tradition with a diverse trim lineup that offers broad appeal with its feature-rich packaging, versatile design, innovative technologies, and proven capabilities. The news is even more exciting for families, and we're here to explain why. #1 - Its Interior Is Spacious, Comfortable, and Configurable The Silverado’s family-friendly appeal starts with its configurable design. Chevrolet offers the 2025 Silverado 1500 with a choice of cab layouts: Regular, Double, and Crew Cab. The Regular Cab isn’t practical for families because of its front-row layout, but the Double and Crew Cabs are viable options as these configurations offer two-row layouts that can accommodate multiple passengers. With seating for six, the Double Cab features two rows, but its smaller rear doors make it instantly recognizable and reflect its slightly smaller backseat. Alternatively, the Silverado 1500 Crew Cab is more spacious and has full-size rear doors reflecting its roomier backseat. Unsurprisingly, comparing interior dimensions reveals that the Crew Cab is significantly more accommodating where legroom matters most. The headroom and shoulder room in the backseat is marginally better in the Crew Cab, as well. The Double Cab offers 39.9 inches of headroom, and the Crew Cab offers 40.1 inches. Likewise, the shoulder room in the Double Cab measures 64.9 inches, with the Crew Cab at 65.1 inches. Hip room in the backseat is the same in both configurations at 60.2 inches, leaving legroom as the most definitive difference. The Silverado 1500 Double Cab offers 35.2 inches of legroom in the backseat, which is plenty of room for children and shorter passengers. However, adding a child’s car seat with taller passengers in the front seat can quickly shrink the backseat, so many families often turn to the Silverado 1500 Crew Cab, which offers significantly more legroom at 43.4 inches. As is true of many Chevy models, you're never left wanting for choices when it comes to configuring your Silverado 1500. #2 - It’s Packed with Safety and Driver-Assist Features Chevrolet prioritizes driver safety, making the 2025 Silverado 1500 an excellent option for families. The best-selling full-size truck has consistently earned top safety ratings over the years, with the 2025 Silverado 1500 earning a five-star rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. These stellar ratings are a testament to the truck’s high-strength build and a comprehensive suite of safety and driver-assist features that enhance your situational awareness and mitigate the potential for collisions. Families will appreciate that every 2025 Silverado comes standard with Chevy Safety Assist on all trims. The suite equips the truck with six advanced driver-assist technologies, starting with Forward Collision Alert and Automatic Braking. Front Pedestrian Braking and a Following Distance Indicator offer additional front-facing monitoring, IntelliBeam high beams improve visibility, and Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning keeps the Silverado safely in its lane. The Silverado’s safety features extend beyond the Chevy Safety Assist to additional tools that Chevrolet makes standard across the lineup. These features include a Rear Vision Camera, tire pressure monitoring system, rear seat reminder, and the Chevy-exclusive Teen Driver technology. Depending on the trim and package, additional driver-assist technologies include upgrades such as the HD Surround Vision Camera, which provides a bird’s-eye view of the truck. Drivers also benefit from upgrades like Enhanced Automatic Emergency Braking, Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert, Rear Cross Traffic Braking, Front and Rear Park Assist, Rear Pedestrian Alert, and Trailer Side Blind Zone Alert. Why are these tools significant for families? It’s easy to get distracted behind the wheel, especially when traveling with passengers. These technologies heighten your focus, serving as a virtual spotter dedicated to watching your surroundings and alerting you to potential hazards. So, when your youngest asks for another snack, or you’re fighting rush-hour traffic amid a cacophony of cries and “Are we there yet?” questions, the Silverado’s safety features work quietly behind the scenes. #3 - It’s Practical, Versatile, and Cargo-Friendly Finding a family-friendly vehicle starts with the obvious—choosing a model that offers ample seating for everyone—but what about your cargo? The Silverado 1500 can handle that, too, thanks to Chevrolet’s keen attention to drivers’ needs and its ongoing efforts to design a truck that works with us and for us to make every situation manageable and hassle-free. We see this firsthand in the 2025 Silverado 1500’s best-in-class cargo volume of 89.1 cu.ft. with the long bed. The Silverado’s three bed options offer families plenty of opportunities to find the perfect configuration for their cargo-hauling needs. More importantly, Chevrolet’s Durabed offers maximum versatility. The bed features a dozen standard tie-downs that accommodate a wide range of cargo, including strollers, luggage, furniture, camping and recreational gear, and other essentials. Chevrolet ups the ante with the Silverado’s revolutionary Multi-Flex tailgate that can adapt to every situation. The primary gate features a load stop to hold longer items in place, or you can unfold the inner gate for easier access into the bed. With another movement, the inner gate folds into a full-width step or a flat work surface with a built-in load stop. Consider how this versatile design can benefit your family, whether you’re unloading gear around the campsite, fishing with the kids and using the tailgate to hold your tackle, or hauling lumber for the treehouse you’re building in the backyard. #4 - There’s Tech for Everyone There’s no shortage of technology in the 2025 Silverado, making it perfect for families who need to stay connected, engaged, informed, and entertained. Chevrolet makes it easy with the Silverado’s expansive digital layout that stretches from the 11-inch or 12.3-inch Driver Information Center to the 13.4-inch center touchscreen. The infotainment system offers seamless smartphone integration via wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a standard Wi-Fi hotspot, and Google Built-In with Google Assistant and Google Maps. The Silverado’s connectivity features make it easy to keep your family entertained, whether streaming your kids’ favorite playlist or listening to a podcast everyone enjoys. There are also plenty of driver-oriented technologies that enhance your experience as the family’s designated driver. For example, top-tier trims, such as the High Country, offer a larger digital landscape with an available head-up display. You’ll also enjoy industry-leading technologies like Super Cruise, which lets you take your hands off the wheel on compatible roadways throughout the country; the only requirement is to keep your eyes on the road as Super Cruise handles steering and speed control. #5 - It’s Ready for Family Adventures How does your family define adventure? Do you spend most of your time exploring technical terrain, or do you frequently haul a camper or boat to the lake on the weekends? Either way, the Silverado 1500 can accommodate your family’s adventurous spirit. The 2025 Silverado offers a maximum trailering capacity of 13,300 lbs and an available payload of up to 2,260 lbs. This tenacity guarantees the truck can handle life’s most incredible adventures, whether pulling your boat to your favorite fishing spot for a weekend with the kids or loading camping gear in the bed. Chevrolet complements this capability with innovative trailering technologies, including over a dozen camera views and an in-vehicle trailering app with custom trailer profiles, diagnostics, and pre-departure checklists. Even Super Cruise works with trailering, helping to mitigate your fatigue in the driver’s seat when towing heavy loads. For families who prefer to venture off the pavement, the Silverado 1500 ZR2 is the perfect fit. Chevrolet’s ZR2 outfit readies the Silverado for rugged terrain, adding a factory-installed suspension lift, underbody skid plates, electronic locking front and rear differentials, an off-road bumper, and Multimatic DSSV dampers. The ZR2 Bison Edition raises the bar, boasting AEV components that heighten the Silverado 1500’s prowess on technical terrain. With such versatility available right out of the gate, the Silverado can adapt to every situation, making it the perfect complement to your family’s daily needs.

Which Trailblazer Model Is Perfect for You?

The Chevy lineup gives you a number of remarkable vehicles to choose from, including a stunning selection of powerful trucks and SUVs that are incredibly fun to drive. If you're interested in a small SUV, then the Trailblazer should be at the top of your list thanks to its bold combination of beautiful style, impressive performance, and great features throughout. As your Chevy dealer near Burnsville, people come to us all the time interested in the Trailblazer. Whether you've already looked at the 2026 Trailblazer a bit to see what it can do, or this is your first time checking out this fantastic SUV, we're ready to help. Let's take a closer look at the four trim levels available for the Trailblazer and see if we can figure out which one is right for you. more The 2026 Chevy Trailblazer LS – Starting Features and Options When looking at the Trailblazer and trying to figure out which one is right for you, there's no better place to start than with the standard trim and features. The LS model gives you two engines to choose from: a 1.2L turbo with 137 hp and 162 lb-ft of torque or a 1.3L turbo that delivers 155 hp and 174 lb-ft of torque. You can see that the difference here isn't massive, but it's still worth keeping in mind, particularly if you're looking for a sporty driving experience when getting around Burnsville each day. Both engines are paired with a continuously variable transmission; while front-wheel drive (FWD) is standard, all-wheel drive (AWD) is available if you prefer—this is true for every Trailblazer trim. The Trailblazer LS has 17-inch wheels with all-season tires, black front and rear lower fascias, LED headlamps, and halogen tail lamps. You get power-adjustable side mirrors in black, a manual liftgate at the back, and body-color door handles. Speaking of which, you can choose from a number of different exterior colors for the LS trim, including Summit White, Mosaic Black Metallic, and Apex Red. The standard LS trim also comes with Chevy Safety Assist, which includes a Forward Collision Alert, Automatic Emergency Braking, and Lane Keep Assist with a Lane Departure Warning. Inside the LS trim, you'll find a beautifully appointed interior featuring an 11-inch infotainment display with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a six-speaker sound system, and an eight-inch color Driver Information Center screen. Single-zone climate control is standard, along with cloth seating that includes a six-way driver's seat and four-way front passenger seat. If you want to take things further, then available options for the LS include an LS Confidence Package with Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Rear Park Assist, and a Side Blind Zone Alert or a Convenience Package that includes Remote Start functionality and deep-tinted rear privacy glass. Overall, this is a great place to start for the Trailblazer and a terrific choice if you like to keep things simple and fun. The 2026 Chevy Trailblazer LT – Some Upgrades, More Options If you're interested in some upgrades for the Trailblazer and a lot more options to customize and enhance your ride, then the LT trim is a great one to look at. It has the same two engine options available along with standard FWD. We suggest getting the available AWD for dealing with rough winter weather in Burnsville and slushy streets. Overall, the LT has a lot of the same standard features as the LS but with some minor differences; for example, the LT has 17-inch wheels in High Gloss Black rather than the standard Silver of the LS. This model has Silver front and rear lower fascias for contrast, along with body-color mirror caps rather than standard black. Inside, the LT has the same large displays and the six-speaker sound system for enhanced audio while you drive each day. Keyless Open with Remote Start functionality is standard with the LT, which makes it easier to get going on those mornings when you'd really like to just go back to bed. Some of the biggest differences are the extra options available for the LT, however, like 18-inch High Gloss Black wheels that you won't find with the LS. Inside, the available Convenience Package adds automatic climate control, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and a wireless charging pad. This package for the LT also gives you an eight-way power driver's seat, plus a power liftgate at the rear that makes loading and unloading the Trailblazer easier. One option we love for driving around the Twin Cities area is the LT Cold Weather Package, which adds heated front seats, a heated and wrapped steering wheel, and a Satin Silver and Chrome wrapped shift knob for an added touch of style. Plus, you can add a panoramic power sunroof to the LT, which isn't available for the LS; these kinds of options make this a terrific choice if you're looking to upgrade your drive without going up to one of the next two trims. The 2026 Chevy Trailblazer RS – Sporty Appearance and Road Presence Next up, we have the first of two options that are similar in many ways: both the RS and ACTIV models come with the 1.3L turbo engine, and they start at the same price point—you can still choose between FWD and AWD. Their differences largely come down to the kind of styling and overall experience you prefer with your vehicle. If you go with the RS, then you get stunning 19-inch High Gloss Black wheels, the largest offered for the Trailblazer. You can choose a two-tone exterior with a Mosaic Black Metallic or Apex Red roof paired with your choice of color. Inside the Trailblazer RS, you'll find comfortable Evotex seating that looks and feels amazing, plus it's quite durable. You get heated front seats in the RS—again, perfect for winters in Burnsville—along with an eight-way power driver's seat, a heated and wrapped steering wheel, and more. Available options for the RS let you take things even further, including a Convenience Package that gives you a wireless charging pad, hands-free power programmable rear liftgate, and more. There's also an Adaptive Cruise and Sound Package that adds adaptive cruise control and a seven-speaker Bose Premium sound system to enhance your drive each day. The 2026 Chevy Trailblazer ACTIV – Adventurous Looks and Features Finally, the ACTIV model provides you with outdoorsy, off-road-inspired features that are perfect if you like to go camping or hit the trail on the weekend. There's off-road suspension tuning that can handle rough terrain, along with functional skid plates designed to protect the underbody of your Trailblazer. The ACTIV has 17-inch High Gloss Black wheels wrapped in sport terrain tires for enhanced grip and traction on dirt and gravel roads. You can choose a two-tone exterior for the ACTIV featuring a Summit White roof paired with distinct colors like Marina Blue Metallic and Cacti Green. Chevy offers many of the same packages for this model as the RS, including the Convenience Package and the Adaptive Cruise and Sound option, ensuring you can put together an SUV that you'll love driving each day. Fantastic Vehicles for Burnsville Drivers As you can see, each of these stunning models gives you excellent features and great additional options to let you get the perfect vehicle that has everything you've been looking for. The right one for you simply depends on what you want in your SUV, along with what your budget looks like, since that can impact the options that are best for you. If you want to keep things simple or stick to a lower price tag, then the LS is a great choice; for a number of great upgrades and more options to customize your SUV, go for the LT instead. And if you're looking for the most advanced experience on offer with the Trailblazer, then both the RS and ACTIV are ready to deliver in two different ways. Once you know what you want in your next SUV, you can visit us at Lupient Chevrolet, and we'll show you what you've been looking for.

Advanced Driver-Assistance Features in the 2025 Chevy Equinox

The Chevy Equinox is one of the most popular SUVs in its class and in the automotive marketplace in general. Many facets make the Equinox a hot item among drivers, such as its agile performance, economical powertrain, and stylish design. There are many reasons drivers love the prospect of test-driving a Chevy Equinox for sale, including the SUV's many safety and driver-assist features. Safety is the most crucial factor for any driver and the vehicle they own. The 2025 Chevy Equinox is a stylish, practical, safe vehicle; these items provide protection and oversight when and where it matters most. more Chevy Safety Assist & Teen Driver Chevy has a long-standing reputation for building vehicles that provide drivers with an enjoyable and safe driving experience. Across the entire fleet and every trim is Chevy Safety Assist, a comprehensive suite of features that allow for peace of mind when behind the wheel. Forward Collision Alert: The moments between a potential collision being spotted and the engagement of necessary maneuvers go by in the blink of an eye. Forward Collision Alert issues a warning when contact with another vehicle is imminent so that proper action can be taken. Automatic Emergency Braking: Automatic Emergency Braking works with Forward Collision Alert and can be crucial in avoiding an accident. When Forward Collision Alert notifies you of a potential collision, and the proper maneuvers have not been initiated, the brakes are engaged to help reduce the impact from a collision and can even help you avoid one altogether. Front Pedestrian Braking: The safety of the other vehicles you share the road with is just as important as the well-being of pedestrians. Front Pedestrian Braking can help you avoid having your vehicle come in contact with pedestrians in front of it. Following Distance Indicator: Proper reaction time is crucial when you're on the road. The Following Distance Indicator provides information regarding how many seconds there are between you and the vehicle directly in front of you. Keeping a safe distance gives you enough time to react should a potential collision occur. Lane Keep Assist: Maintaining the correct position in your lane is crucial for safe driving. If, for any reason, you start to veer off course, corrective steering is implemented to ensure you stay in your lane and avoid a potential collision. IntelliBeam: Visibility is essential to a safe driving experience. However, visibility isn't always as prevalent as it should be. Chevy's automatic high beam system, called IntelliBeam, automatically turns on when visibility is limited and disengages when it senses oncoming traffic. Once the other traffic has passed, your high beams will turn on again. This ensures optimal visibility for everyone on the road. All Chevy vehicles also come with Teen Driver, a comprehensive technology that creates a report card for parents regarding the driving habits of the younger drivers in their household. Parents can oversee speed and volume limitations and help their new drivers practice driving safe habits even when they aren't in the car. Advanced Features for The Modern Driver The Chevy Equinox's equipment extends far beyond what's included in the Chevy Safety Assist suite. The 2025 Chevy Equinox comes standard with some of the most advanced items to ensure protection and oversight. These are the items that drivers everywhere can appreciate and take full advantage of. Adaptive Cruise Control: One of the most advanced driving assistance features in recent years, Adaptive Cruise Control is crucial for any driver planning to engage in long stretches of highway travel in their Chevy Equinox. Adaptive Cruise Control is equipped with radar and camera technology that monitors traffic patterns and adjusts your speed to traffic patterns while cruising. HD Rear Vision Camera: The Chevy Equinox's HD Rear Vision Camera is essential for drivers who live in highly populated residential areas and is also highly effective in enhancing visibility when backing out of parking spaces. A high-definition digital image allows you to see better when backing out and can help avoid contact with parked vehicles, pedestrians, and other objects. Rear Park Assist: Properly backing into a close parking space is a skill that many drivers acquire through years of experience. Chevy's Rear Park Assist provides crucial oversight regarding how close you might be to other vehicles and objects, assuring you avoid them. Rear Cross Traffic Braking: Backing out of any parking space limits visibility, especially with other vehicles close to yours. Rear Cross Traffic Braking uses radar to detect vehicles that might be approaching from either direction and engages the brakes to avoid a collision. Traffic Sign Recognition: Maintaining accurate and safe speeds is critical when traveling. Traffic sign recognition, an available feature on the 2025 Chevy Equinox, will display speed signs on the infotainment screen and issue alerts if you begin to exceed the speed limit. Keeping you safe and helping you avoid being pulled over. Reverse Automatic Braking: Every year, many accidents occur when a driver is backing up. Reverse Automatic Braking monitors the rear of your vehicle and engages when pedestrians and other vehicles are nearby. Intersection Automatic Emergency Braking: One of the areas where your vehicle is most vulnerable is when it enters an intersection. Intersection Automatic Emergency Braking will issue an alert when a collision is imminent and also engage your braking system to reduce speed and come to a complete stop. Blind Zone Steering Assist: Another attribute in place to provide oversight and protection when in a particular lane is Blind Zone Steering Assist, which monitors your position and provides corrective steering to avoid entering a lane where an accident may occur. Rear Pedestrian Alert: Another available item for the 2025 Chevy Equinox, Rear Pedestrian Alert works when visibility is low and can alert you when a pedestrian is crossing your path when backing up. It is highly recommended for drivers who live in residential areas with the highest populations, and it's also a convenient feature for parking lots. Side Bicyclist Alert: Cyclists share the same road as drivers and pedestrians and are entitled to the same amount of consideration and safety. A side bicyclist alert gives you additional oversight when cyclists are approaching the side of your vehicle in the blind zone and can even work when the vehicle is parked so you don't open your door too quickly. HD Surround Vision: An available feature for the Equinox that is essential for maximum oversight, HD Surround Vision provides multiple camera views of your surroundings. HD Surround Vision can give you the best awareness possible. As with all GM vehicles, the 2025 Chevy Equinox has access to OnStar-connected services. OnStar has been crucial in theft recovery and security and in helping emergency medical services locate vehicles when necessary. The inclusion of OnStar is just one more way in which Chevy provides a layer of protection to its customers. A Stylish SUV and a Safer One at That The 2025 Chevy Equinox has more standard and available safety features than ever before. As the SUV has become more popular among drivers, consumer demand for more driver-assist features that provide protection and oversight has only increased. Chevy has once again proven that it's up to the task and has equipped its popular compact SUV with more items than ever before. Besides the number of driver-assist and active safety features that come with the 2025 Equinox, the vehicle also received a five-star safety rating from the NHTSA in collision testing. There's nothing quite like the Chevy Equinox when it comes to having an SUV that embodies style, substance, and safety.

Which 2025 Chevy Equinox Has Everything You Want?

That's a terrific question and one that can be pretty easy to answer if you know what you're looking for in your next compact SUV. When you go looking for a 2025 Chevy Equinox for sale, you will quickly discover that you have three basic options designed to meet a wide range of needs. The differences between them can be pretty subtle at first glance, but they are important and greatly impact the kinds of features and styling you get with your next SUV. That said, these three models also have a lot in common and are essentially different expressions of what the Equinox is all about rather than complete overhauls from one to the next. Today, we're going to take you through the three trim levels that are available and see what each has to offer, making it easier for you to choose the right one. more 2025 Chevy Equinox LT: Standard Styling and Excellent Features The perfect place to start with the 2025 Chevy Equinox, of course, is with the standard trim level that includes the starting features. With some other vehicles out there, the starting trim can be a fairly barebones affair without much to offer drivers. The all-new Equinox is not one of those; even the starting model gives you a lot to enjoy and ensures you have a great time on the road each day. For starters, you have the 1.5L turbo four-cylinder engine that provides 175 hp and up to 203 lb-ft of torque, ensuring every drive is a good one each day. This engine is paired with a continuously variable transmission for a smooth and incredibly responsive driving experience that always keeps you in control. Front-wheel drive (FWD) is standard, though all-wheel drive (AWD) is available to enhance your time on the road; this is particularly nice for dealing with rough weather and winter road conditions. A standard MacPherson suspension up front provides you with a smooth ride that is incredibly comfortable while also keeping you connected to the road for excellent handling. And with four-wheel antilock disc brakes, you remain in total control at all times, with impressive stopping power to keep you and your passengers safe. On the outside, the Equinox LT features 17-inch wheels wrapped in all-season tires along with active shutters on the front grille for great performance. You get LED headlamps and tail lamps to provide excellent visibility at night, along with IntelliBeam high beams that switch on and off automatically based on traffic around you. Body-color side mirrors are standard, power-adjustable, and heated to keep them free of ice, snow, and frost. Finally, a manual rear liftgate is standard for the LT. Inside, you get a beautifully designed cabin featuring an 11.3-inch Infotainment screen with Google built-in, an 11-inch Driver Information Center display, and a six-speaker sound system. Cloth seating is standard, with heated front seats, a six-way driver's seat, a four-way front passenger seat, and a wrapped heated steering wheel that's perfect for cold winter mornings. The 2025 Equinox has one of the most impressive suites of standard safety features we've ever seen, starting with the Chevy Safety Assist package that includes a Forward Collision Alert, Automatic Emergency Braking, and Front Pedestrian Braking. This also includes a Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning and a Following Distance Indicator to warn you when you are too close to other vehicles. The Equinox LT comes with Intersection Automatic Emergency Braking that accounts for cross-traffic vehicles, Rear Cross Traffic Braking, Blind Zone Steering Assist, and much more. Altogether, these driver assistance systems help keep you and others safer so you can drive with confidence and get home at the end of each day. 2025 Chevy Equinox ACTIV: Off-Road Inspired, Ready for Adventure If you like the standard features of the 2025 Equinox but want to enjoy some upgrades and enhancements, then you have two options that both start at a similar price. The new, first-ever ACTIV model for the Equinox takes its inspiration from off-road design and performance, giving you a host of exciting features to enjoy when driving around each day or heading to your favorite campsite on the weekend. We like this model with AWD specifically for enhanced capabilities and a more adventurous ride; plus, it comes with a uniquely tuned suspension for a distinct ride quality that makes it a joy to drive. Add the all-terrain tires that the ACTIV model comes with, and you have something special that's perfect for work and play alike. Featuring 17-inch wheels like the LT model, one of the most striking features of this trim is its available two-tone color scheme. You can get the ACTIV with a Summit White roof paired with a number of gorgeous colors, including Mosaic Black Metallic, Sterling Gray Metallic, and Radiant Red Tintcoat. A unique Cacti Green color is available for the ACTIV and you can get any of these in a full-color treatment if you prefer, though we love the bold looks of the Summit White roof paired with them. Roof-mounted side rails with available cross rails give you more cargo storage options, while an AutoSense power liftgate makes loading your Equinox easy. Inside, you get many of the standard features, including the large displays and a six-speaker sound system. Sueded microfiber seating sets the ACTIV model apart and makes every ride incredibly comfortable; notably, a unique Black and Maple Sugar color palette for this trim creates a warm, welcoming cabin. You get an eight-way power driver's seat inside this model, with an eight-way power front-passenger seat available, plus a wireless charging pad and dual-zone automatic climate control. Available options include heated rear seats, ventilated front seats, and a Rear Camera Mirror for added visibility even with the rear cargo area loaded up. 2025 Chevy Equinox RS: Bold Looks and Confident Performance Finally, the RS model provides you with gorgeous styling that is bold and sporty, making it a fantastic choice if you want to own the road each day. For starters, you'll notice a unique lower front fascia and black grille that immediately grabs people's attention, along with distinct RS badging, including black emblems on the outside. The RS has 19-inch wheels for a powerful and aggressive stance, with 20-inch wheels available if you want to take things to the next level. You can get a two-tone exterior color scheme with this model, but it features a Mosaic Black Metallic roof rather than the Summit White of the ACTIV. This can be paired with colors like Polar White Tricoat, Radiant Red Tintcoat, Reef Blue Metallic, Sterling Gray Metallic, and the exclusive Lakeshore Blue Metallic for a striking style. Inside the RS, you'll find Evotex seating that looks and feels amazing while also providing you with surprisingly durable upholstery that can stand up to some abuse. Red accents add an extra layer of beauty, setting the RS apart from other Equinox models and surrounding you with rich elegance. You get a wrapped, flat-bottom steering wheel inside this model, which is heated, plus the available options and great features found in the ACTIV's cabin. No matter what kinds of upgrades you want, both of these models work wonderfully; the choice mostly comes down to the styling you prefer. Find the Chevy Equinox That's Perfect for You As you can see, you have three terrific trim levels available for the 2025 Equinox, giving you several fantastic options without things becoming overwhelming. The standard features of the LT trim are excellent, while the ACTIV and RS each build on them with distinct styles and unique details designed to elevate your time on the road. If you're still not sure which one is right for you, then we can help you explore each of these models to see their features for yourself and answer all of your questions to make sure you get the perfect SUV. Best of all, we can help you take one for a test drive to get an even better sense of what they have to offer.
