Many of us remember growing up with barebones trucks that had little to offer in terms of comfort. A used midsize truck is ideal for urban driving since it’s generally not as large as a full-size truck, but still has plenty to offer. The Chevy Colorado is one of our favorite options for a midsize pickup, with impressive performance and responsive handling. Of course, the Ford F-150 is also a great one to look for if you’re interested in a used truck that offers impressive towing, payload, and daily performance. No matter what you need from your next used truck, you deserve to find it and drive away in something you love.
Used SUVs That Are Perfect for the City
For overall comfort, terrific functionality, great features, and an excellent experience on the road each day, an SUV is hard to beat. SUVs have grown in popularity over the last couple of decades, becoming the favorites of many families out there. There are countless used SUVs to choose from, including small options like the subcompact Chevy Trax and Jeep Compass, or compact SUVs like the Ford Escape and Buick Envision. These vehicles are perfect if you want something that is easy to drive and maneuver, but you still need the great functionality that SUVs provide as you enjoy them day after day.
Midsize SUVs are among our favorite options, since they land perfectly between others that might be too big or too small. The Chevy Blazer, for example, is a terrific midsize SUV that gives you two rows of seating inside and plenty of room for passengers and cargo alike. You can check out other great midsize models like the Jeep Grand Cherokee, which provides you with plenty of room inside and the potential for outdoor adventures. Three-row SUVs like the Toyota Highlander and GMC Acadia are amazing ones to explore if you need a used vehicle that has room enough for a growing family without going overboard. Just keep in mind that the third rows in these midsize SUVs tend to be better for kids than adults with long legs.
Of course, if you’re interested in something bigger for a large family or you want to bring all your friends along, then a pre-owned full-size SUV is the perfect choice. These are large vehicles with three rows of seating and plenty of room for a lot of kids or adults when you hit the road. The Chevy Tahoe, for example, is one of the biggest SUVs out there (although the Suburban is even larger) and a great choice if you want a large used SUV to take care of everything you need to do each day. Similarly, the Ford Expedition, Nissan Armada, and GMC Yukon are all great full-size SUVs to look for when shopping for your next ride.
